To return an item to Avenue.com, you have two options: Return via Happy Returns or Return via Mail.

For Happy Returns, bring your items to your local Return Bar. No labels or boxes are needed. Give the friendly Happy Returns kiosk attendant your name, email address, and the reason for your return or exchange. You will get your refund initiated immediately, with an email confirmation on the spot.

For Return via Mail, start a new return using the Online Returns Form and locate your order. Select the items you wish to return and the reason for your return. Pack your items and be sure to include the packing slip. Avenue will email you a Returns label to tape to the package. You will be notified once they receive your return. They’re usually able to process most returns within 72 hours of them arriving.

Please note that the return must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in new and original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Items are not labelled “Final Sale”, “Take a further 50% off sale” & “Take a further 60% off sale” and are above $16.99.
